Ask for a Free Quote Can you refinish floors in a rental between tenants?
Yes. A buff and coat takes one day, and a full sand and refinish usually takes three to four. With water-based finish, units can be ready for move-in within a couple of days of the last coat.
Can engineered floors in newer Waterloo homes be refinished?
Many can, if the wear layer is 2 mm or thicker. Clair Hills and Laurelwood homes often have engineered floors, so we check the wear layer at a floor vent or threshold before quoting.
Is refinishing allowed in my Waterloo condo?
