Carpet Tile and Broadloom
Carpet tile is the workhorse of commercial interiors. Damaged tiles can be swapped individually, and patterns can be laid in quarter-turn, ashlar or monolithic layouts.

Commercial LVT and VCT
Luxury vinyl tile gives a wood or stone look with commercial wear layers and low maintenance. VCT, vinyl composition tile, is inexpensive and tough but needs regular stripping and waxing.

Sheet Vinyl With Heat-Welded Seams
In healthcare, labs and food service, seams are sealed by melting a matching vinyl rod into a routed groove. The floor becomes one continuous, watertight surface.
Flash cove carries the flooring up the wall, removing the corner where dirt and bacteria collect.
Safety Nosings, Transitions and Markings
Commercial stairs get rubber or aluminium nosings with contrasting edges so each step is easy to see. Transitions are chosen for wheelchairs, carts and trip hazards.
We also install floor markings, directional graphics and walk-off matting systems.

Yes. Most of our commercial work happens evenings, overnight or on weekends. We phase larger floors by zone and leave each area clean and usable by opening time.
Do you carry WSIB clearance and liability insurance?
Yes. We provide a current WSIB clearance certificate and a certificate of insurance before starting, and we can name your company or landlord as an additional insured when required.
What flooring holds up best in a high-traffic office?
Commercial carpet tile with a solution-dyed nylon face is the most common choice for work areas, with LVT of 20 mil or more in corridors, kitchens and entries. Walk-off matting at the door makes the biggest difference to how long either lasts.
Can you work from an architect's specification?
Yes. We price and install to drawings and specification sections, provide product submittals and samples, and follow the manufacturer's installation standards so warranties stay valid.
